THIS IS A SENIOR POSITION
- 6+ years experience in imagining creative campaigns within video and photographic content
- Proven track record of delivering creative across long form, short form and social first content
- A truly amazing, confident and inspiring presenter of ideas
- A creative mind, someone who loves creating multiple ideas for a campaign or project
- Ability to get under the skin of our clients and understand what makes them and their clients tick
- Solid understanding of the production and post-production process
- Ability to adapt and enjoy a fast paced working environment
- Creative, positive and logical thinker who can bring out the best in a brief
- Strong communication (both verbal & written) & interpersonal skills

- Working as our creative lead, collaborating with our creative team, on idea generation across new business leads and live projects
- Building decks and pitching ideas for new business opportunities, under the guidance of our Founder/Creative Director
- Lead creative development on new and existing projects, striking a balance between impact vs commercially viable executions
- Be a continuous point of reference across key projects as creative develops through the production and post-production process
- Manage a team of creatives and manage the creative process - quickly delivering ideas to our clients.
- Managing a bank of references.
- Writing copy for pitches and, in some cases, for client work.
- Proactively seek creative opportunities and pitch ideas to existing clients that show a strong understanding of their customers and products/service.
- Liaising with clients, presenting creative to them - helping to get creative over the line.
- Prioritise work based on the ever changing (almost daily) needs of the business
- Be a point of approval for creative led projects on final edits and animations..
- Line manage our Creative Shoot Producer and Creative Producer supporting them on their personal development and growth
- Seeing a project through - ensuring creative is executed as outlined in the decks we present.
- Collaborate with the wider ITCH creative (filmmakers, editors and animators), to ensure we’ve got a strong creative hub within the agency
- Work closely with illustrators to create clear and inspiring storyboards
- Deliver fresh and innovative creative ideas, that will set our clients apart from the crowd
- Have a strong understanding of the cost to deliver the creative that’s sold into clients
- Lead internal creative sessions, with one eye on strategic and commercially viable ideas
- Some involvement in costing stage, ensuring the creative is represented within the budget
- Proactively suggest ways we can be a creative first agency, helping us to deliver ‘Just great content’
- Be directly responsible for annual goal to win at least 1 creative award
