Junior Account Manager

As Junior Account Manager, you wil support the accounts team in helping them provide a top-level client service experience.

You will be on hand to support on all administrative duties, from booking internal team meetings, taking minutes in external client meetings and help build and maintaining all project related documents, schedules and budgets

You are an ultimate all-rounder. You are a brilliant people person, love organising and planning, enjoy working with numbers, and above all have problem-solving mentality.

Your role within the Account Management team is not only to support across all projects from start to finish but also helping to develop relationships that make ITCH indispensable to our clients. You’re one of the first ports of call for any content requirements and each client believes you to be their own Brand Ambassador and advocate.

You are tasked with supporting the Senior Account Manage as well as the rest of the Accounts team to seek out and explore opportunities, think commercially about ideas and opportunities and effectively communicate that internally.

Within ITCH, you play an integral role in the management of resource allocation, schedules and delivery, working closely with the Studio Manager to identity bottlenecks and risks to the delivery of projects

Finally, process is a key part of your role and ensuring we’re all as a team, adhering to best practice so all jobs run as smoothly as possible, give the client the ultimate first class experience

Key Skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Awareness/willingness to learn about the creative processes and techniques 
  • Some prior experience of accurate quoting and budgeting about projects (considering margins)

  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool head (always asking the Senior Account Manager for support)
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client/supplier rapport

  • Support the team across all their potential and live projects, making sure the clients needs are at the forefront of everything we do
  • Understand our client’s business goals and needs and support the team in order to maintain and solution focussed culture
  • Receive information in relation to new jobs and client briefs and rework into our internal briefing documents
  • Follow the project management processes, as part of overseeing day-to-day work
  • Update, feed into and create project schedules, tracking milestones working back from final deadline
  • Help build project budgets and cost estimates and create timelines accordingly via Monday.com
  • Support internal resourcing working alongside the Studio Manager
  • Report to Senior Account Manager and supporting them and the rest of the team to grow their clients
  • Build and maintain relationships, internally within the ITCH team and externally with client and supplier relationships
  • Contribute to the feedback processes working with our post production team
  • Manage content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
  • Be familiar with all deliverables within a project brief, with an understanding of standard turnaround times for each one
  • Ensure the quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Be comfortable taking minutes from external calls and meetings
  • Arrange internal team meetings, sharing agendas and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Proactively share  ideas internally on potential future leads and opportunities with existing clients
  • Any other additional administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised

Salary is £23k - £30k
