Sales Executive (part-time)
We’re ITCH. We are a London-based content agency specialising in video, animation and photography, built for social. We create bold, effective content for some of the UK’s biggest brands, and we’re growing fast. If you love structure, tech, and the thrill of a lead converting into a call, this role’s for you.
We’re looking for an ambitious and highly organised Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is all about energy, precision and process. You’ll be deep in the CRM, building lists, crafting outreach, and booking meetings with prospective clients. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership to feed a well-managed, well-qualified pipeline and help us open doors to new brands and opportunities.
This role is the equivalent of 2 days a week. Exact Days and Hours can be discussed during the interview process.
- 1–2 years in a similar sales, outreach, or lead generation role (agency or SaaS a plus).
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems – ideally HubSpot – and confident managing large volumes of data and interactions.
- Knowledge of Lead Generation platforms like Apollo or Cognism is an advantage.
- A strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales email automation platforms.
- Comfortable with AI tools and excited to use them to make your workflow faster, sharper, and more effective.
- Excellent written communication skills – especially in crafting clear, tailored outreach messages.
- Super organised, detail-obsessed, and driven by daily progress.
- A proactive mindset. Aalways looking for ways to improve, test, and iterate outreach strategies.
- CRM Management: Owning and maintaining our sales CRM (HubSpot) – updating contacts, tracking activity, and keeping everything organised and up to date.
- List Building: Identifying and creating targeted lists of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Outreach: Writing and executing smart email outreach sequences – including automation, customisation, and regular follow-ups.
- Lead Research: Conducting quick but effective research to add meaningful context to every contact and conversation.
- Follow-Up & Tracking: Ensuring timely follow-ups with every G (good fit), S (soft yes), and A (active opportunity).
- Booking Meetings: Securing calls and meetings for senior team members – and managing calendars to make it all flow smoothly.
- AI-Enabled Workflow: Using AI tools to streamline research, generate prospect insights, draft outreach, and improve campaign performance.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Supporting the team with LinkedIn outreach – growing connections, optimising profiles, sending messages, and building visibility for the Senior Management Team.
- Process Building: Helping us continuously improve how we reach out, follow up, and convert leads into conversations.

Additional bonus experience

- Confidence using tools like Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, ChatGPT or similar to enrich and automate your workflow.
- Previous exposure to outbound-focused roles where success was measured by meetings booked or pipeline contribution
