The brief

Nespresso wanted to increase their engagement on social media. They wanted to educate and inform their customers - to encourage them to become Baristas in their own homes through a series of masterclass videos that would run across social, drive traffic and lead to sales. 

Our approach

We created a series of presenter-led masterclasses for YouTube and short-form social content for Instagram. The result was over a million views in the first month and a surge in engagement across all their social channels. The masterclass series was picked up by different markets and replicated with global success.
