THE PROBLEM

Cantina Del Sabor offers corn tortillas made using the ancient nixtamalization process

The problem? Consumers didn't understand the product's unique qualities. Some disliked the corn smell, and others missed the crucial step of cooking them.

Our mission was to educate consumers on the distinctive qualities, highlight the brand's authentic Mexican roots with a Californian twist, and ultimately drive brand love.

OUR APPROACH

We crafted a vibrant, tongue-in-cheek campaign to prove that Cantina del Sabor tortillas are the "real deal".

The Narrative: We used a mixed-media approach to tell the authentic story: from the nixtamalization origins in ancient Mexico to the birth of taco culture in sunny California.

The Key Message: We directly addressed the preparation gap, using humour and crash zooms to enforce the First Rule of Ultimate Tacos: HEAT. YOUR. TORTILLAS.

The Vibe: We targeted audiences who enjoy exploring new, high-quality flavours, delivering the full "taco truck vibe in your own kitchen".

Our campaign delivered a social-first suite of assets that transformed confusion into culinary confidence, ensuring the audience understood the unmatched flavour and crunch of properly cooked, preservative-free corn tortillas.
