THE PROBLEM
Nespresso wanted to equip their teams with the tools to better support Deaf customers and colleagues across their 827 boutiques worldwide.
The ask? A series of bite-sized, easy-to-digest training videos covering British Sign Language and Deaf awareness — made for boutique teams, retail partners and head office staff alike.

OUR APPROACH
Filmed in our studio using a clean colorama setup, each video puts the focus where it matters — on real interactions and practical tips. Working closely with BSL presenter Feras Al-Moubayed, we brought key signs and scenarios to life with clear visuals and animated text graphics to support learning.
This wasn’t about box-ticking. It was about creating content with purpose — helping teams feel confident, empowered, and ready to connect with every customer who walks through the door.
