THE PROBLEM

Ten years in Belgium. A milestone worth shouting about — but how do you make people care?

M&G wanted to do more than just mark the occasion. They needed to celebrate a decade in the market,
raise awareness of the Belgium team AND do it all with viral potential.

The brief was clear. We needed to create a tongue-in-cheek video that cut through the corporate noise — and kicked off the anniversary party in style.

OUR APPROACH

We went straight for the human angle.

Rather than speaking about M&G Belgium, we let the team speak for themselves, putting them front and centre in a playful, fast-paced film that swaps clichés for character.

Cue waffles, chocolate, beer… and a team who are (jokingly) sick of the stereotypes. Shot on the streets of Belgium, with a wink to M&G’s “Intelligence Connected” campaign, the film blends humour, energy and just the right amount of self-awareness.

It’s a bold birthday statement. And a reminder that behind the numbers, there’s a brilliant team that’s been quietly smashing it for a decade.
