It’s no secret that M&G has a bold approach to investment, backing creative, unexpected businesses across the globe. But not enough people know about it.

They wanted to shine a light on the companies they support, and the impact that investment has through stories that felt authentic and human.

Enter Seeker Music. An LA-based music company with a 14,000-strong catalogue, a dynamic team, and a mission to support creators. The perfect pilot episode.

OUR APPROACH

This time around, we knew a suit-and-script setup wouldn’t cut it.

So we shot in a proper recording studio, building a vodcast that feels more like a music doc than a finance interview.

Real conversation. Real people. No corporate polish.

With Seeker’s founders, M&G’s investment lead, and a sharp host, we captured unscripted dialogue and turned it into standout content, from full-length episodes to scroll-stopping short-form clips.

Multi-cam setup and cinematic visuals, designed to work everywhere: YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and internal comms.

This is investment storytelling with edge, crafted to cut through.

THE RESULTS

M&G called the vodcast first class, saying they “couldn’t ask for more.” Completion rate hit double digits on a 30-minute episode, when they usually struggle to reach 5% on a three-minute video.

The content even landed with The Sunday Times pre-launch and got a nod of approval there too.

One episode in, and it’s already opening doors. This series is doing exactly what it was made to do, telling brilliant stories and building belief in M&G’s bold investment strategy.
