Description
ITCH Media is in the process of implementing AI across the business, from operational efficiencies to creative and generative work for clients.
To support this, we’re looking for a Creative AI Coordinator. This person should be 100% AI literate and will focus on research, exploration, trialing and helping deliver a suite of resources and tools that allow teams to use AI more effectively. You will be helping to shape the AI strategy for ITCH.
Their work will be guided and supported by our Production Lead and Founder/Creative Director, whose role is to strategically map out our approach to implementing AI across the agency.
Our ambition is to develop a structured, scalable AI infrastructure that becomes part of how ITCH operates and delivers.
Key Skills
- Strong interest in generative AI and creative applications
- A strong understanding of tools like Runway, Pika, Veo 3, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Midjourney, HeyGen, etc.
- Comfortable working with creatives including filmmakers, editors and producers, and understanding their needs
- Clear communicator and confident writer, especially for how-to guides and internal documentation
- Organised and proactive, with a systems-thinking approach
Responsibilities
- Research and test emerging AI tools (within a focused framework of: social listening, strategy, production and reporting)
- Build and maintain internal resources such as prompting guides, toolkits and use-case libraries
- Help build custom GPTs tailored to internal and client-facing needs
- Collaborate on developing lightweight internal tooling, such as AI assistants or dashboards
- Contribute to platform scoping and early-stage product development
- Support track team adoption and experimentation, and share what’s working

Nice to haves
- No formal coding required, but would be beneficial as we evolve what we do from a technology POV
- Confident using and testing AI tools and automation platforms like Zapier, Make or Airtable
- Able to learn from documentation and experiment independently
- Bonus: some familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms or interest in AI tooling behind the scenes
